Account Deletion

The creation of an account in the 22 Dividends app is optional. The account is used to enable you to use the app across multiple devices and to give you access to your Google Sheets account for importing/exporting stock transactions.

When you create an account, we get access to your email address and we store the date of the account creation. The date is used to make sure “old” users keep certain app functionality that we might restrict in future versions. If you delete the account we delete this information.

When you use the import/export functionality to Google Sheets, deleting your account will reset the app’s access rights. The spreadsheets in your Google Sheets account that you created using the app will not be deleted.

Personal data, like your stock transactions, are only stored on your device. This data is not connected to your account. You can clear this data using the “Clear App Data” menu item in the settings menu (see below).

Anonymous usage data, like analytics data, cannot be deleted since it is not linked to you.

Billing information is not deleted if you delete your account.

If you have any problems or questions regarding your account, please send us an email to: 22dividens@gmail.com
