Release Notes Version 1.13.0

We just finished version 1.13.0. The new version will soon be available for Android and iOS.

Version 1.13.0 of the 22 Dividends app is the most important release since the initial one.

Important: After you installed the new version, the app requires a refresh of the stock data. Just pull-down the stock list (normal refresh).

The first time you apply the refresh it might take some time.

During the next week we will add international stocks gradually. Meaning, we will add individual stocks on demand. Those stocks who are demanded most by our users we will add first. You can use the ‘report missing stock‘ button on the search screen to send us your proposals. International stock will be available for Pro users fist.

Removed Cloud Credits

The Cloud Credits were used for loading stock data. We mainly used them for protecting us from abuse. With this version we removed the Cloud Credits for good.

Added Indian Rupee as Display Currency

We added the Indian Rupee as display currency. You can use the display currency to convert stock positions in different currencies to one unified currency (e.g. your local one).

Improved Dividend Prediction

We improved the detection of stocks that stopped paying dividends. This affects the portfolio screen as well as predictions in the dividend calendar.

Improved Stock Search Page

The quick selection grid of the stock search page shows now more stocks.

Moreover, we now show a country flag for each of the stocks in the search result.

Improved ‘Import-Google Sheets’ Dialog

The Starter Plan of the 22 Dividends app limits you to a maximum of 75 stock transactions. If you reach this limit you won’t be able to add new transactions. During the import of stock transactions from Google Sheets it can happen that you have more than 75 transactions. The app now shows an info screen that explains the problem.

Report Button on Stock Postion Page

Now, you can open the report screen for each of your stock positions from a stock’s position screen.

International Stocks (beta)

We are proud to announce that we are ready to add international (non-US) stocks to the 22 Dividends app.

We will add international stocks gradually. You can use the ‘report missing stock’ button on the Report screen to tell us which stock we should add next.

International stocks will be available for the Pro version first.
